Live the Life not the Label© means to us that disabled people should be viewed primarily on their skills and abilities not on their disabilities.

The Social Model of Disability, where it is society that disables people rather than the individual’s disability being the “problem”, is the core message underlying All Inclusive’s business and social purpose.

We believe in inspiring change and increasing opportunity for disabled people within the way they choose to live, including employment.

We believe that changes in perception occur through learning by example from the mouths of the “experts”, the disabled people themselves.

We value the individual in all our outcomes and processes.

We are not interested in politics. We are interested in putting people first in the spirit of inclusion.

All Inclusive believes in joint working to resolve local community dilemmas around disability and feels that current problem-solver organisations work in isolation causing fragmentation and frustration.
