Iain Speed – Managing Director and Founder of All Inclusive
I have been working in the Disability Sector for 11 years and have experience of Senior Management and Directorships of local and national organisations. I have strong self-belief in my personal philosophy around disability and have utilised my years of experience in management to establish a Community Interest Company with the objective of empowering the disability agenda. My core ethos is to provide the tools that will increase an organisation’s delivery of disabled customer service by removing physical barriers and assumptions. I do this through a series of training packages, consultancy and access auditing that enables organisations and delegates to learn by encouraging them to look at issues currently preventing good customer service for disabled customers. Organisations and delegates are taken on a journey of self-discovery through interesting and lively evidence based debate.
